Pilot Properties, Inc. is a closely-held real estate firm that primarily develops, rehabilitates, and manages commercial property for its own portfolio. We seek value-add, turn-around situations, and build-to-suit opportunities for portfolio enhancement. Pilot cooperates with all real estate professionals in property transactions.

Pilot also has a consulting division that evaluates business opportunities and provides capital infusion and management expertise in appropriate business situations. We are always seeking new opportunities and can provide a provisional response on a timely basis.

Tim D. Mullikin, President and CEO, is a eighteen-year real estate veteran. He was formerly a Board Member of the Rental Housing Association for Alameda County, and co-founder of Golden State Property Management Company in Sacramento.

He started his current company, Pilot Properties, Inc., in 1997, and prides himself on providing solid value and creative problem-solving for his clients. His approach is to be directly accessible and involved in all aspects of the business.
